Hadn't had service on my 2000 Honda Civic for many months due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic. Awesome technicians at Craig Johnson Automotive performed a multi-point inspection and detailed all the areas of immediate need, items to be looked at in the short term, and areas to be monitored. Current actions were a valve adjustment and engine tuneup, plus correction of timing belt issues. Now the car runs so much better than before. I had made a rudimentary list of my concerns and the servicemen went over every item on the list, letting me know what was needed and what checked out okay. I had requested an oil change service, a tire pressure check, replacement windshield wipers, and inspection of the spare tire/donut, which turned out to be flat! All these were performed. A broken wheel lug and stud were replaced, also. I had noted prior important service history on my list, so Craig entered this into his database and gave me a "next service due" listing. Now I know when to schedule appointments for service, making sure that I follow up on recommendations.
