My husband and I are new to the area. A few months ago he needed some work done on his car and he found Craig Johnson Automotive. He was impressed with their work. A few weeks ago, my car was having some trouble. My car needed to be towed to the shop and they took my car in on short notice. They offered to take me home after dropping my car off, but I had planned to walk home since I live close by. They called me to make sure I had gotten home safely. I was kept informed every step of the way with phone calls. Craig sent me a PDF file with the needed repairs in order of priority with each repair separately listed with price. At no time was I pressured to have any of the work done. When I picked up my car after repairs were completed, Craig again went over everything with me.
