First and foremost, Craig Johnson is a great mechanic to work with. He is extremely communicative, texting and calling back promptly when he says he will. On top of that, he explains the issues with your car concisely and in a language anybody can understand. I brought my PT Cruiser in here after it broke down and refused to stay on, and two days afterwards Craig was able to explain plenty of issues my car was spouting out. Instead of saying that everything needs to be replaced though, he explained that one part of my car was shorting out and that it would cause cascading errors to appear on the system. Due to money issues, I wasn't able to get it repaired at this time, but Craig gave me a detailed list of what he inspected, what he thought needed to be repaired first, and the prices that went along with the repairs he recommended. I was worried that the mechanic would be upset that I couldn't get the car fixed, and that I needed to bring it back to my house. He was understanding, polite, and downright friendly over the entire transaction. You never hear people say this, but I look forward to bringing my car to this garage again! - Casey P.
